Dear Jon,

I represent a publishing house from Poland. In the beginning of next year we are going to publish a book An Introduction to the United States of America, by Andrzej Diniejko. The target readers of the book are students of English and People with a general interest in the United States.

In this publication we are going to use the above photo of Santa Claus to illustrate the chapter about holidays in the US.

Hoping that you don't mind (and neither does Disney :) ), I request you to suggest a possible credit line to be placed either adjacent to the photo or in the picture credits section at the end of the book. Please let me know who should be mentioned as the author of this work.

My e-mail: gruchala@egis.com.pl

Thank you very much again for the photograph.

Sincerely,

Pawel Gruchala

Thanks for the Santa! I was too ill to take my kids to find a (mall) Santa for a photo. I had the idea to paste their pictures onto this santa photo but could not find a good looking santa. All I could find were cartoony characters or cheesy looking pictures. When I found this photo I knew it was perfect. I used it and my kids were real happy. The final product almost looks real and I am glad to have found the picture. Thanks, really...

I am trying to use this picture as my daughter asked for a picture of Santa Claus with an autograph in her note to Santa Claus. Thank you!

Nice Photo.
My 8 yr old left a card & present along with the required milk and cookies. In the homemade card, she mentioned the only thing she wanted was a photo of Santa. Said he was, "the best!".
Thanks for allowing it's use. It's late and the last thing I have to do before beddy-bye for (hopefully) at least 4 hours before they wake up.

Oddly enough, I'm using this photo for my Comm 265 class. I am giving an informative speech entitled 'Chanukah: The Truth Behind the Myth' and I thought that a few choice Christmas pictures would be helpful in my comparison of Chanukah and Christmas. I am using this photo to show how wonderful myth can be. This is the most lovely and perfect picture of Santa that I was able to find. Thank you so much for allowing me to use it!

i just wanted to say thank you, i have a brother who is 57 and is mentally challenged,he has been stressing on a santa pic,and this is just july, but this was the best one i could find. i must tell you he was very thankful, and if he's happy i'm happy, so thanks again!!

As the Santa at Lincoln Square Shopping Center in Arlington, TX. annually, I talk with hundreds of kids and have taken some of the most asked questions and written bedtime stories to answer those questions. 100% of all funds taken in for Photos With Santa and now this 48 page booklet with 18 different stories goes to "a Wish with Wings", a children's Wish Granting Charity for children with life threatening diseases. Your photo will be used on the front cover! Thanks for the opportunity to have a great looking story book without a great expense...that way more money can go to the kids!

Using this image in a "fake ad" for my misinformation page project for my Info 100 class!

I help to train 100's of Santa's helpers across Australia so they can bring joy and happiness to children and adults alike. Being a Santa is the best job in the world.
Thank you for believing that Santa is real for our children!

We were looking for a photo to put on a notice sign and found the healthiest looking santa on your site!!. Great Photo!.

PERFECT Picture. Every year I put my dogs in our Christmas Card. I wanted them on Santa's lap this year but where to find a quality pic of Santa's lap?! This was ideal and beautiful.

I made them into angels and took some of the background out so they'd stand out. I added some "stardust" and a Merry Christmas sign!

You should be able to see the results at his site: http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y246/LLLeader/ChristmasCard2005.jpg
THANKS SO MUCH.

I used your picture of Santa when I sent a letter from Santa to my 7 year old and to my 4 year old for Christmas this year. THEY WERE AMAZED.. They thought it was so neat that Santa sent them a pic from North Pole. Thanks so very much I loved it.. So did my family and friends...

Thanks for the use of your photo. Santa is visiting our club and I am promoting on our website.

Thank You very much! I'm using this picture as
a guide to make my husband a costume. He is a
second grade teacher and have been coosen to be
the Santa Claus in this year's Christmas program
at his school. It would be alot cheaper to make
the suit instead of renting it.

Grand photo, I was looking to find a good photo of Santa and I found The best here. I am going to use it as a back ground for my son’s photo “Matin" since I wasn’t able to take him to Santa. Appreciate your generosity letting everybody to use such a nice photo.

What a tremendously wonderful photo. My kids love it and are using it for a school project in Hong Kong. Many thanks.

Wow this is a great photo! I'm going to use it in Christmas cards sent to children from "Santa Claus".

Illustrated pics are nice, but when the child opens the Christmas card, there will be a "real" picture of Santa Claus on the inside with a personal message to him/her.

Thanks so much,
~~Debbie~~

Thank you for work. A friend turned me on to you and it was wonderful I used this last year as an autographed picture from Santa, and I type up a letter for my grandson as well. I'm concerned if there are no changes he'll get smarter than us...if you know what I mean. This year I have a newborn granddaughter. I think she will love it too, maybe not so much this year but in years to come. She'll get it with her letter too. I think its great what you are doing. Santa looks like he could walk right out of this picture. I don't remember but is this picture different from last year? Last year was my first and I'm not sure what to expect. Keep up the great work.
